Hampton Court Flower Show: The UK’s Largest Flower Show at Hampton Court Palace :
Hampton Court Palace, to the south west of London, is the venue for many events and one of the most popular is the annual Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. Organized by the Royal Horticultural Society, the Hampton Court Flower Show is the largest gardening show in the U.K.
At the Hampton Court Flower Show, visitors can admire the many different gardens created specially for the show, as well as shop for thousands of plants and the latest in garden products and innovations.
Grow, Escape or Inspire
Every summer the flower show features gardens specially created for the event. This year Hampton Court Flower Show introduces themed zones – Grow, Escape and Inspire. These zones have been planned to help visitors find their way around the huge and diverse range of exciting exhibits.
Grow Zone – Head for this zone if you love plants. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an expert gardener, in this area you’ll find rare plants as well as your regular reliable garden plants. At the Floral Marquee, Plant Village, Plant Heritage Marquee and Tradestands are top nurseries, plant experts and the latest and greatest in garden equipment.
Escape Zone – Head for this zone if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In this zone are artists and crafts people selling their wares. The Rose Marquee has a vintage theme whereas the Summer Gardens has displays of edible garden.
Inspire zone – Head for this zone if you’re looking for inspiration on garden concepts, low and high cost gardens and trends in outdoor living.
Hampton Court was the royal residence of many monarchs, most famously, Henry VIII. At Hampton Court Palace you can learn about all of his six wives who came to the palace, most of whom had new and lavish lodgings. The King rebuilt his own rooms at least half a dozen times.
Hampton Court Flower Show Dates

Hampton Court Palace is just 35 minutes by direct train from central London. South West Trains run services direct from London Waterloo to Hampton Court. The Palace is a 200 metre walk across the bridge from the station.
