Dinner Cruises in Paris on the Seine
Dine surprisingly well as you enjoy the sights of Paris
Cruising down the Seine with the floodlit monuments and bridges of Paris as a backdrop, while you dine on surprisingly good food and drink surprisingly palatable wine, has to be one of the most memorable Paris experiences, all the more so if you and your partner are romantically inclined...
You may have initial doubts about food quality, but it's interesting to note that although foreign tourists do take these trips, the companies market them mainly to the French, and on the two we've been on, locals were in a decided majority. Look at the french websites and you'll note that there is a great emphasis on food quality; certainly our experience is of good quality French cuisine and very respectable wines.

Bateaux Parisiens offer both lunch and dinner cruises, with a choice of services. Their lunch cruises have musical themes on certain dates, so you get your meal followed by an hour-long concert (e.g. 'La Bohème Musical Cruise'). As far as I know, they run all year.
