Review of Our Stay at the Alveston Manor Hotel : Our hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon was the Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel which is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of  Stratford-upon-Avon. This hotel is set in beautiful grounds and has a restful feel about it. Our room was a nice size, but it was at the back, overlooks the car park and was quite a long walk from the reception.
