River Victoria is the Latest of Uniworld’s Russian river cruise boat: River boats operating on the Russian rivers are generally not as grand as those plying the Rhine or the Danube.  As we understand from the tour manager of a company we travelled with, river cruise operators are somewhat restricted on what boats they can employ on Russia's rivers.
