Estonia's National Opera Act Promotes National Theatrical and Musical Culture : The Estonian National Opera (Rahvusooper Estonia) is housed in a theatre complex which is also home  to the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra and the State Concert Institution (Eesti Kontsert) .
