Planning a Dnieper River Cruise (Ukraine), but not sure what to expect? Our day-by-day activities list, coupled with our comments and comprehensive Ukraine photo galleries will give you an insight into this interesting country before they leave.

End of our Dnieper River Cruise and we arrange our own airport transfer to Kiev Airport.

Kiev is one of the oldest cities in all of Europe and therefore called “Mother of Cities”. There are lots to see here, including Sophia Cathedral, Monastery of the Caves, Golden Gate and many other exquisite churches and other attractions.

A full day of cruising along the Dnieper River to Kiev. The Dnieper is the most significant river in the Ukraine and the third longest in Europe…

A scenic cruise along the Dnieper river delta takes us to Fishermen’s Island, a quaint fishing village. We enjoy the hospitality of the locals and have an insight into their traditional lifestyle before returning to our river boat.

Today’s sightseeing tour gives us our first taste of Odessa, “Pearl of the Black Sea”. Then, we get to bounce down the famous Potemkin Steps, all 192 of them.
