Farewell Dinner – European River Cruise

It’s always very sad when a holiday comes to an end and you have to bid farewell to the nice people you met on the cruise, the ship’s crew included. 

Tonight was our farewell dinner and the crew turned on a spectacle for us, with musicians serenading the diners and all the chefs delivering a parade of special meals.  As mentioned previously, we got to know some of these guys very well and they are really swell people, working very hard to make the trip as pleasurable as possible for the passengers.  

This is a fabulous cruise because you got to see and do so much and yet enjoyed the relaxed luxury of the boat. I’d happily recommend it to anyone keen on trying a different form of travel.
