I have been to France a few times and love it so much that I just have to keep going back. The country is sobeautiful, the weather is lovely and the people are so friendly. Ahhhh..pleasant memories. Thanks for the reminders I better go and book my next trip now I think. Getting itchy feet reading your site. I haven’t been to the French Riviera but that is my next destination

Hey, Malcolm, a blog isn’t intended to be a comprehensive travel guide book and there’s no rules that say that it has to reflect everyone’s interest (and it’s already a bit long). Neither is a blog intended to be a report, well, at least, mine isn’t. The blogger writes about whatever they’re interested in and hopefully the information provided interests other people as well. If the millionaires’ homes and superyachts are what grabbed your interest during your visit, then maybe you could have shared your experience in a more positive message. Also, that last comment of yours about never leaving Cremorne was both uncalled for and patently ridiculous, if you’ve bothered to check out our bios and the rest of the site.
Here’s an idea, if you’ve got information about the Côte d’Azur that you think might be of interest, why not contribute it to this blog? That would help everyone – and improve your karma!

Have you even been to the Côte d’Azur? You lump Antibes in with Juan Les Pins? No mention of the superyachts moored in the harbour? Or the restaurants. Or Scott and Zelda. Or the nice beach at Juan les Pins. The millionaires homes? The fabulous coastal drive? The beach where the Americans landed in WWII? The beautiful and interesting jet-set haunt of St Tropez? Tsk tsk. Shoddy writing and shoddy reporting. Makes me wonder whether you’ve ever left Cremorne.
