Nearly a quarter (24%) of respondents in the <strong>West Country<\/strong> rated their \u2018overall happiness in life\u2019 as <em>\u2018very good\u2019,<\/em> compared to the survey\u2019s national average of just 15%. A further 44% rating their \u2018overall happiness\u2019 as<em> \u2018good\u2019<\/em>, making the region the <strong>happiest in Great Britain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Well, when you look at what <strong>Devon and Cornwall<\/strong> have to offer, it\u2019s not really surprising that the people who live in these two counties are pretty satisfied with life.
