With the onset of spring comes the almond blossom season and the entire region is covered in a canvas of magnificent pink. Weinstra\u00dfe Tourist<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On the four Saturdays in March, tourists and locals alike can discover the route from <strong>Wachenheim to Schweigen<\/strong> travelling in an open-top bus.  The bus will stop off at special vantage points and allow visitors to enjoy wine tasting with nibbles at Birkweiler Mandelberg vineyard. The tour starts at 19:00 and takes around two and a half hours.
