Opened in 1998, the Parndorf Outlet is the first of McArthurGlen’s designer outlets in Austria. It is strategically located just off the A4, which links Vienna to Budapest. The Parndorf Outlet is also at the intersection of the S31, D2 and M1, making it convenient for affluent travellers from the neighbouring cities of Budapest, Bratislava and Prague to call in for some designer shopping en route to their destination.
Parndorf’s sister outlet, the Salzburg Designer Outlet opened in Autumn 2009.

At McArthurGlen’s Parndorf Designer Outlet are 150 designer and fashion shops carrying over 170 international designer brands of ladies’, men’s and children’s fashion, sports and casual wear, shoes, fashion accessories, glass and porcelain, bags, gift items, decoration, toys and games and much more.
Brands like Escada, Prada, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Bally, Aigner, Strenesse, René Lezard, Porsche Design, Diesel, Mango are resident here and discounts range from 30% to 70%. The mall’s colourful buildings is inspired by the local Burgenland style and is bound to keep shoppers bright and optimistic that they will find that designer bargain they are looking for. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing and the only strain seems to be how much purchases your credit cards can take.

Austria’s first designer outlet is at the heart of one of its main tourism region – Neusiedler See. Lake Neusiedl lies in the easternmost province of Austria and is an UNESCO World Heritage area. The region around the steppe lake, with over 2,000 hours of sunshine annually, has all the right ingredients for a perfect holiday and is one of the most popular holiday regions in Austria. The Parndorf outlet is also in the Burgenland wine region.

How to Get to Parndorf
The Parndorf Designer Outlet (Burgenland) is located directly beside the Motorway A4 (Ostautobahn), exit Neusiedl. It is only 30 minutes from Vienna city center.
By Shuttle:
Parndorf’s Shuttle Bus operates every Friday and Saturday. The pick-up point in Vienna is just opposite the Opera House (main entrance) at Opernring 3-5.
From Vienna to Parndorf –
- On Friday – Hourly departures between 11:00 and 18:00
- On Saturday – Hourly departures between 9:00 and 17:00
From Parndorf to Vienna –
- On Friday – Hourly departures between 12:00 and 17:00 and then every half hour from 17:00 to 19:00
- On Saturday – Hourly departures from 10:00 to 16:00 and then every half hour from 16:00 to 18:00
The return fare is € 8. Children under 6 travel free.
Car:
There are 3,000 parking spaces at Parndorf.
From Linz – Follow Motorway A1 (Westautobahn), then Motorway A21, Highway S1 (direction Wiener Außenring) till the junction Schwechat, Exit to A4 (Ostautobahn), Exit Neusiedl am See. The Designer Outlet is situated in approx. 500m away from the Motorway towards Parndorf.
From Graz – Follow Highway A2 (Südautobahn) until Eisenstadt and then B50 Neusiedl am See direction. The Designer Outlet lies directly on B50 between Neusiedl am See and Parndorf.
