Patio de los Leones: The lions and the fountain have been removed for restoration

The first of the lions was removed for restoration in February 2007 and the restoration of the 12 lions was to have taken two years. As at September 2011, there were no lions in sight, but our guide did say that they would be reinstated before the end of 2011?
