Montserrat

The Monestir de Montserrat is one of the holiest places in Catalonia. In the Basilica of Montserrat Monastery is the Black Madonna or La Moreneta, the patron saint of Catalonia. Many pilgrims and the faithful come here especially to venerate Our Lady of Montserrat and so this place gets rather busy.
