Italy Shopping – Designer Outlets

Love designer outlet shopping in Italy?  The good news is that McArthur Glen is opening its fifth designer outlet, this time in the south of Italy.

La Reggia Designer Outlet will open on 18th February 2010 near Naples – Sophia Loren country.

The new La Reggia Outlet is 25km from Naples and is close to historic Caserta, the Amalfi Coast and within easy reach of the A1, between Rome and Naples. The outlet will host some 120 designer and high-street brands at permanently reduced prices.

Meanwhile, things haven’t stood still at the other outlets.  Serravalle is Europe’s biggest designer outlet village, with 180 stores. Expansions are currently under way at Castel Romano Designer Outlet (Rome), Barberino Designer Outlet (Florence) and Veneto Designer Outlet (Venice).
