Paris Tourist Sightseeing Boats
Vedettes de Paris
(Previous page: Paris Tourist Sightseeing Boats Vedettes du Pont-Neuf )
The Vedettes de Paris prides itself on using "real boats with a human scale where a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere are the golden rule"; in other words, they're a bit smaller than the leviathans used by their competitors. The Ile de France holds just 80 for dinner, and the Belle Vallée, Louisiane Belle, Gavroche, Paname are also anything but glass-enclosed giants - some of them at least are open to the elements!
They operate one hour sightseeing cruises throughout the year, 2.5 hours dinner cruises and theme cruises - check the Bacchus wine cruise listed below...
Location:
The Vedettes de Paris ticket office and embarkation pier is at Port de Suffren, just to the west of the Pont Iéna (on the left as you look at the Seine from the Eiffel Tower).
