On our stop in Bernkastel, we enjoyed some wine-tasting in the cellars of Dr. Pauly-Bergweiler. The Pauly-Bergweiler family have twelve vineyards dotted along the Central Moselle Valley and it was interesting sampling the different types of Riesling that the estate produces.
