Visit Bicester Village for Prestigious designer labels in the Oxfordshire countryside:
Bicester Village is in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside and is the only designer outlet that Chic Outlet Shopping group has in England so far.
There are 120 spacious luxury boutiques showcasing labels like McQueen, Bally, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, DKNY, Feraud, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Valentino, Paul Smith and Versace – enough to get designer label addicts like me racing there to have a look. Of course there are British brands there too such as the very popular Mulberry Factory Shop. All these exclusive labels and other famous brands are up for grabs at discounts of up to 60% all year round.
Local attractions
The English countryside is full is magnificent castles, palaces and estates and in the vicinity of the Village you will find Warwick Castle, Bleinheim Palace and Waddesdon Manor. Oxford city is definitely worth spending time in and the university campus is an amazing place.
Practical Information
Bicester Village is located in the heart of Oxfordshire, midway between London and Birmingham, and enjoys excellent transport links. It is easy to get to from London by train.
By Shuttle:
From Oxford – Stagecoach runs a daily services, approximately every half hour, from Magdalen Street in Oxford (outside Debenhams) to Bicester Village. For more information on timetables and fares, contact Stagecoach on 01865 772 250.
From London – Train travel is recommended as it’ll get you to Bicester Village faster.
By Train:
From London – Chiltern Railways run daily services – up to four an hour – from London Marylebone to Bicester North station. Journey time is about 48 minutes.
On arrival at Bicester North station the Chiltern Railways Taxi Bus will take you straight to the village. The cost is normally Single £2, children £1, but if you buy your Bicester Village ticket from any staffed Chiltern Railways ticket office or Ticket Machine, your Taxi Bus travel is included within the all-in-one ticket.
Chiltern Railways Taxi Bus runs every 15 minutes,
– between 08:45 – 17:00 from Bicester North station to Bicester Village, and
– between 09:00 – 19:30 from Bicester Village back to the station (up to 20:30 on late closing days).
From Birmingham – Chiltern Railways runs daily services – up to two an hour – from Birmingham Moor Street to Bicester North station. Journey time is just over an hour.
On arrival at Bicester North station the Bicester Village Taxi Bus will take you straight to Bicesster Village.
From Oxford – First Great Western runs services on Mondays to Saturdays from Oxford to Bicester Town station, which is just a short walk from Bicester Village. Journey time is just over an hour.
By Car:
Take the M40 motorway to exit 9. Follow the A41 for 2 miles towards Bicester and then the signs to “Village Retail Park” and “Bicester Village Outlet Centre”. Parking is free. If you are using a satellite navigation system to the Village, their postcode is OX26 6WD.
