Livadia (White) Palace is famous as the site of the 1945 Yalta Conference where the Big Three met to discuss the shape of Europe post World War II. Livadia was built by Tsar Nikolas II as a summer palace for his family. The Palace is steeped with war and royal history and is one of the main sightseeing attractions of Yalta.
