The Year of Rembrandt commemorates the 350th anniversary of this Dutch genius’s death. If you’re looking for a reason to visit The Netherlands, and you are a Rembrandt fan, this is certainly the time to go. All across the country, there are special events and exhibitions to celebrate his life and works.

Some of the events in Amsterdam include:

• The Rijksmuseum is celebrating the Dutch master with a truly special exhibition.
